Your Daughter And DFN

It’s one of the hardest moments of any parent’s life, watching your little girl grow up and become a young woman right before your eyes. College and university years are the time when many young women take on more responsibility and independence. We are thrilled to get to be a part of this chapter in your daughter’s life as well as be able to aid her in making new friends, gaining new leadership opportunities and connect her with mentors.

As a Delta Phi Nu Sister, your daughter will:

  • Make friends and Sisters that will last a lifetime, long past her college and university days!

  • Excel academically - Sisters of Delta Phi Nu are required to maintain an above average GPA. We have an Education chairman who ensures this and sets up study dates and useful seminars for our Sisters to give them all the tools necessary for success.

  • Gain valuable leadership experience, much of which translates into the workforce and is an asset to any resume. Delta Phi Nu has many leadership opportunities at Chapter level, as well as internships with our National Council.

  • Giveback to her community through service with her Sisters. Each year our Sisters are required to complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours and work collaboratively on a fundraiser in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
